A Nation Without Any Ringgit

A Nation Without Any Ringgit

One man's dream to be the prime minister
He gambles with the nations future

Once the blue eyed boy of the dictator
Now the opposition leader

Chief among orators, he is
Any opportunity is made his
On the greed to govern
Upholding democracy is not his concern

His party has a mix of people
True leaders who has aspire good governance
True cronies who has aspire handout projects
True follower who are blind, deaf and dumb
Blind to the good work of others,
Deaf to the good work of others,
Dumb for nothing good to say about others

How can leaders grow?
When the lead is not elected

How can democracy flourish?
When favoritism flows freely

Even the voice of reason in the tone criticism
Is barked at from the pitch of loyalty

I want real change
About policies, not about holiday
I want real change
Not just from kangkung to satay
